CANCELING AN ORDER - A $5 fee will be applied If you need to cancel an order.

RETURN POLICY - For full-priced items only

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, Heven Child gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund* within 7 days of receiving the package. Mail or drop off the merchandise with the original packing slip to our return department listed below. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. During the busy season, returns can take up to 2 weeks to process, and refunds typically take up to 7 business days to process. 

Heven Child maintains the right to deny the return if the item(s) does not meet the above criteria.

For any issue you may have with a Heven Child item purchased in-store, please refer to that store's return policy. As for Heven Child items bought from our website, if there is an issue with an item, our company will handle the return according to our online store policy. 

NOTE: Please do not drop off your return at our Return Department location on weekends. Staff will not be present, and the package may be damaged or lost. 

*If items are returned and less than $100 of the order is kept, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. This will be the actual cost of shipping and might be more than the flat rate of $7.95. 

* All closeouts and sale items are Final Sale. 

* Returned items that were purchased with Free Shipping will have an outbound shipping cost of $7.95.
